    • If your symptoms are in the palm, anterior wrist, or forearm, Relief Glove will be most beneficial worn palm-side up.
    • Remember to keep your hand wrist and forearm fully supported, only the perimeter mitten and tips of your fingers should be allowed to drape over the support

In a relaxed position seated position, with the forearm, wrist, and hand fully supported, drape Relief Glove’s weighted mitten perimeter over the edge of the pillow or arm support.   Relief Glove works when used both palm side up or down.  How you wear it will depend on the areas you want to treat.

      • The weighted area of the glove and your fingers should hang over the edge of the support with only a gentle bending of the wrist.
